Accessing our services

Medicare

Medicare rebates are available for clients who have been referred by their General Practitioner for psychological treatment under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative.

Please note we are not a bulk billing practice.

All of our psychologists are registered with Medicare to provide treatment under this initiative. If you would like to see one of our psychologists via this pathway, you will need to arrange a visit to your doctor to obtain a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).

Please note we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the arranged time will incur a cancellation fee.

Private Health Insurance

Individuals wishing to access psychology sessions privately do not require a referral and are welcome to contact us directly to make an appointment.

If you have private health insurance, your fund may offer a rebate towards the cost of sessions; please speak to your fund about what rebates they offer for these services.

Please note we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the arranged time will incur a cancellation fee.

NDIS

We are happy to provide psychological support to individuals who are self-managed or plan managed under their NDIS plan.

Please note we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the arranged time will incur a cancellation fee.
